    JOB SUMMARY:
    To provide school-wide instructional and data support to all instructional staff.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    1. Serve as part of the school leadership team, providing job-embedded and ongoing professional development to instructional staff, while collaborating with the academic team
    2. Serve as the content specialist to develop and implement instructional plans that align to the school mission and vision and needs
    3. Provide individual and group (PLC) instrucational coaching to improve classroom instruction
    4. Conduct classroom observations, giving constructive feedback that will increase academic outcomes, provide informal evaluation information to principal
    5. Oversee and coordinate school-wide testing (NWEA, M-Step) synthesizing, data, developing reports and commumicating data trends to promote academic growth
    6. Participate in a service learning project each year


    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Perform similar or other related duties as assigned


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    1. Master's Degree required in related field
    2. Administrator's certification required (If you do not hold an administrator's certification, you must be willing to complete necessary coursework at an accredit college or university)
    2. Teacher certification required
    3. 3-5 years of classroom teaching
    4. Exposure to coaching and developing teachers (minimally as a lead teacher)
    5. Ability to synthesize data to drive academic instruction
    6. Ability to build relationships at a rapid pace

    PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
    Annual Performance Reviews are based on essential functions including but not limited to additional responsibilities, attendance and adherence to school policy & practices.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and/or stand for 8 hours or more. May have to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
